You can ask us to delete the personal data MyChatApp holds about you at any time. Use the form on this page, or write to us as shown below. You get a reference code to follow your request at www.mychatapp.ae/data-deletion?code=… We check that the request comes from you (for example by writing back to your account email or WhatsApp number) before deleting.

If you are a MyChatApp customer (a business account)

• Send a WhatsApp message to +971569369354 or an email to abu@digiflicks.ae from the email address of your account, with the words "Delete my account".
• We confirm the request and delete your account, team members, contacts, messages, media and connected-account tokens within 30 days. Invoices are kept only as long as the law requires.
• Before that you can export your contacts from your account.

If you logged in or connected with Facebook or Instagram

• Open Facebook Settings and privacy > Settings > Apps and websites (or Instagram Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites), find MyChatApp and remove it. This stops our access at once.
• When you remove the app, Facebook tells us automatically and we start the deletion; Facebook shows you a link with your reference code. You can also send us the request above.
• We delete the data we received (Page and Instagram account details, messages and comments) within 30 days.

If you chatted with a business that uses MyChatApp

That business decides about your conversation data. Ask the business directly, or use the form with the business name and your phone number or Instagram username and we will forward your request and help it delete the data. To stop marketing messages only, reply STOP in that chat.
