Questions about the WhatsApp Business API
Does it work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. Connect your store once; order confirmations, shipping updates and cart reminders go out on their own.
Can customers confirm cash on delivery?
Yes. They tap Confirm or Cancel in WhatsApp before you ship, which cuts refused deliveries.
Can I take card payments?
Yes. Send a Stripe pay link in the chat; the order turns to Paid when the customer pays.
Is MyChatApp the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Your number is connected to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). No unofficial apps or browser tricks, so your number is not at risk of being blocked for the tool you use.
What are Meta's charges?
Meta charges per template message by category and country, billed to your own WhatsApp account. Since 1 October 2026 replies are free only for the first 1,000 per phone number each month. Our plan price does not include Meta's charges.
